I caught a guy who I gave 3 (THREE) partner accounts too who used different names/ICQs etc..
I posted his info here.. http://www.hunkpost.com/scammers.html
I've been planning to keep that page up to date, but perhaps I will just post here for now on.
Cheers,

All three don't redirect for me, i understand you may be upset the guy is submitting from multiple personalites but as far as re-directing i don't see it.
The movies in the 2nd and 3rd gallery didn't work forme though all they did was play sound and no video. |

They redirected before. He may have disabled it specifically for those URLs. I had a friend check, and two of the URLs redirected at the time.
And that on top of being dishonest isn't cool either.
Cheers,

Matt,
These 3 person with partner accounts are actually different persons. They are employees of ours posting galleries on their free time and the reason you are seeing similar/same IPs is because they use the same ISP to post and they also host on one of our servers.
The issue with the redirecting of traffic has to do with the DNS we had them change. Some ISP cache DNS for longer than others and your ISP probably has the domains pointing to the previous IPs.
I've instructed them to upload their galleries to both servers at least for another month so there is no more redirecting done.
I appologize on their behalf, and should you or anyone have any questions, please contact me on ICQ 8763744 or by phone, at 866-JOIN-NEX |

Hi Matt,
My name is Matt and I am the VP at neXpectation.com - Phil pointed my attention to this thread and I would like to address your concerns.
As Jay stated, we had DNS changes that took place recently in order for us to move certain domain names that were requiring more bandwidth to a different server.
I presume that the "redirecting" that has been discussed here was caused by the delay of certain ISP to update their DNS tables - which caused the domain names to point to the previous IP (not the new IP on the new server).
Because the new galleries were not uploaded on the "old" server - that caused these galleries to resolve 404 with some ISPs. Most DNS changes usually occurs within 48 hours - sometime there is more delays because some ISP are caching the DNS tables on the router/gateway that your are using with your internet connection. (I'm not the tech guy here - but this is what i understand). Usually after a period of 100 hours we can affirm that the DNS changes took place all around the world.

I can assure you that we are NOT redirecting traffic on purpose and it is our firm intention to pursue long term relationship with TGPs - including yours.
Feel free to add me on ICQ or give me a call at 1-866-564-6639
Cheers,

I banned you guys too cause you are redirecting to sponsor hosted galleries and making it look like they are on your own domain. Sure, SOME of your galleries are on cumonboys, but you were caught redirecting to the same gallery only hosted by gammacash in the case of cumonboys. BUSTED.
You can't expect to submit sponsor hosted galleries as your own and get listed. Especially when there are 3 people from the same exact area pumping them out like there is no tomorrow. |

ok, Jay(nex) took the time to explain to me over icq what happened. Everything is understood on my end and Nysus's. Basically, the submitters deleted the galleries on the old server just 4 days after getting a new server and the DNS didn't resolve as quickly as planned and it redirected to sponsors and free hosted galleries after they were deleted on the old server. What strikes me as odd is that why would you delete the galleries but keep up the htaccess to redirect?!
Anyways, I am fine now with the explaination and have to thank Jay for taking the time to explain. Not many people do that and keep a calm head about them.

Actually the galleries weren't deleted, but the submitters rather stopped uploading "new" galleries to the old server. This means that if you look at galleries submitted 2 months ago, they still work.
As far as taking the time to explain the situation to you, no problem at all. I know we didn't do anything wrong, and I wouldn't jeopardize my reputation over something like that, so I was just honest and try to explain the situation. Kudos to you and Nysus for listening. |
