Hello,

Thank you for your post. You were informed by email by us that your account was banned for attempting to abuse our webmaster referral program and violating our terms and conditions. We never said we were going to keep your money. Here is the email you were sent:

Dear Sir:

You were contacted by our CFO via email on May 9, 2007, and informed that he was unable to make the payment to you via epass because your account had been labeled "high risk" by epassporte. No response was received for you regarding how you would like to be paid.

Our records show the following 2 payments as currently outstanding:

06/08/2007 USD 108.79

05/09/2007 USD 119.77

In addition, the amount of $69.46 was outstanding at the time your account was terminated. I have submitted the amount of $298.02 to be paid by our accounting department on the next regular payout date which is June 22, 2007.

As a final note, your accounts were not closed because of being paid to the same epassporte account. Our terms are clear that there may be only one account per individual or company. Your domains are registered to the same email address and hosted on the same server. That is what indicates that you have signed up multiple times for the purpose of abusing the Webmaster Referral program.

but our businesses are separate.

that is why we are registered on all partnership programs with different accounts.

I can prove that we are not one person sending you scans of our passports. It is not problem.

We use one epassporte account because it is easier for us to cash out money and gather them from different partnership programs. We have not broken any your rule. AND WE ARE NOT ONE COMPANY. Our money are separate.

Hello,
Okay your money is separate...but you guys hosted the sites on the same server, registered by the same email, want to get paid on the same epass account and one account earns ref money from the other??

Furthermore, you have lied on a public forum stating we would not pay you, when we have told you on email you would get paid all monies due in full, up until the time you were banned.

We are more then happy to talk to any affiliates about our terms on this; I think we have been very fair with you, despite the fact that you have been abusing our program the last 6 months. We are doing this for the protection of all of our honest affiliates, we will not risk having our processor shut down by allowing fraud in our program.
